UCHIDA SoftBand-600 is a newly designed bundling/strapping machine, that can handle ultra thin PP tape of 200micron. Thanks to the soft film tape, cartons can be securely bundled or strapped without their corners squeezed or broken, which saves a lot of time and labors putting carton pieces on corners to prevent damages. The Ultra thin film tape is an exclusive material for the SoftBand-600. The beauty of this tape is, for its high transparency, that it doesn't hide labels, case marks, barcodes etc on the products. This makes package handling much easier.
●Easy settings & operation.
Operation cannot be easier than as it is. Put the product on the table and press the "START" button on top of the table. That's it. In Auto mode, the machine starts bundling as soon as the sensor on the table is covered by the product so that START button doesn't even need to be pressed, that accererates operation.If you need securer bundling everytime, Pause function may help. In Pause function, tape loading starts only after the product is removed from the table. Bundling tension is adjustable depending on a product from 30N up to 250N with dial adjustment. A wide range of products can be bundled securely.
As well as settings, tape roll change is quick and easy.
Also, thanks to its small footprint, it suits to any workspace. Having heavy duty casters, it has mobility, too.
